15 pamphlets from 1969-1982, lacking 1981, each one numbered 9 of 250 numbered copies. Creasing to the covers. A series of lectures presented on the occasion of the celebration of the Anniversary of the birth of Thomas Jefferson. The issue from 1970 is a Memorial Program with a list of participants, and important dates in Jefferson's life. The issue from 1975 features the found poems of Angeline Myers Nash, a pioneer from Illinois who crossed the frontier and settled in Monte Vista, Colorado, 1888. Adams and the Ku Klux Klan by Carrol Joe Carter describes the battle William H. Adams had with the Klan while he was Governor of Colorado. Refleciones en los Camposantos looks at rural 18th century cemeteries in what is now Colorado's San Luis Valley. Two non Jefferson series pamphlets are part of the 15 total; A New Isolationism by Fred A. Sondermann and a scarce 1974 feminist lecture, Women Can Turn the World Right Side Up by Marcia R. Luce. OCLC locates only about half of these pamphlets.

Scattered stains to the page edges, but otherwise unmarked. A few small abrasions and thin scratches to the leather. A lovely presentation of this Colorado classic. Wolle sketched Colorado mining towns to create a pictorial record of their often-decaying buildings before many of them disappeared. ; B & W Illustrations; 544 pages
